This award-winning submission features stunning photography by Ed Buchs, an accomplished, nationally recognized photographer and valued Access Elevator customer. Having already earned recognition in national competitions, Ed is now celebrating an exciting milestone – winning an international competition through Savaria’s Q1 Photo Contest. As part of this achievement, he will receive a gift card prize in recognition of his outstanding work.
The featured project showcases a Handicare by Savaria Freecurve Stair Lift installation completed in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Designed to fit the home’s unique curved staircase, this custom solution enhances both safety and accessibility while blending seamlessly into the home’s existing design. It is a perfect example of how modern accessibility solutions can be both highly functional and visually appealing.
What made this project even more special is the story behind the photos. After the installation and service were completed by our team, Ed Buchs was so pleased with the results that he captured and shared a series of professional images of the finished project. His expert eye for detail and composition brought the installation to life in a way that truly stood out.
