Current Job Openings:

ADA Lift/Elevator Technician

Location: Wisconsin & Illinois

Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and motivated ADA Lift/Elevator Technicians to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing accessibility equipment in both residential and commercial settings. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain ADA lifts and elevators for residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with lift and elevator systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and uphold company standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Background check.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge; experience with PLCs and circuit boards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with low voltage wiring and construction knowledge is advantageous.
  • Elevator installation experience a plus but training will be provided.

Outside Sales

Location: Wisconsin & Illinois

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales professional to meet with clients, discuss modifications, and create proposals for a variety of accessibility solutions, including wheelchair lifts, stairlifts, ramps, accessible bathrooms, ceiling lifts, and more. This is a personally rewarding career position with a competitive salary and unlimited commission potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess their unique needs
  • Discuss and propose modifications to improve accessibility
  • Find creative solutions to meet client requirements
  • Create detailed proposals and interact with payer sources

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of residential construction
  • Desire to learn and help clients find home accessibility solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and typing
  • Friendly demeanor and positive outlook on life
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Salary: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00+ per year (salary + commission)
