ADA Lift Technician

Location: Wisconsin & Illinois

Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and motivated ADA Lift Technicians to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing accessibility equipment in both residential and commercial settings. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain ADA lifts and elevators for residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with lift and elevator systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Background check.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge; experience with PLCs and circuit boards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with low voltage wiring and construction knowledge is advantageous.
  • Elevator installation experience a plus but training will be provided.

Outside Sales

Location: Wisconsin & Illinois

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales professional to join our team and make a difference by meeting with clients to discuss their accessibility needs and propose tailored solutions. This role involves presenting a range of accessibility options from wheelchair lifts, stairlifts and ramps to accessible bathrooms and more. If you’re seeking a rewarding career with a competitive salary and unlimited earning potential, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to identify their unique accessibility needs.
  • Recommend and design modifications to improve home accessibility.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and coordinate with payer sources.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of residential construction. (Familiarity with home building and renovations processes.)
  • Eagerness to learn and assist clients in finding effective home accessibility solutions. (Enthusiastic about discovering and providing effective home accessibility solutions.)
  • Excellent communication skills. (Ability to clearly and effectively interact with clients.)
  • Proficient in computer use and typing.
  • Friendly attitude with a positive outlook. (Positive and Friendly Demeanor, Approachable with an optimistic attitude.)
  • Strong critical thinking abilities. (Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Background check)
