This past weekend, Access Elevator, Inc. had the honor of attending and sponsoring the Kenosha YMCA’s Tri My Best Triathlon – an inspiring community event dedicated to celebrating athletes of all abilities.
Held at the Kenosha YMCA, the Tri My Best Triathlon welcomed children and young adults with developmental disabilities to participate in an inclusive swim, bike and run experience. Athletes of all ability levels were encouraged to take part, with adaptations and dedicated athlete buddies helping each participant enjoy a safe, supportive and empowering race.
Celebrating Every Athlete
From the opening ceremonies to the finish line, the event was filled with determination, encouragement and celebration. Families, friends, volunteers, sponsors and community members came together to cheer on the athletes as they completed each part of the triathlon.
Access Elevator was proud to support an event that reflects values we care deeply about – accessibility, inclusion and helping people participate more fully in their communities. Every athlete’s effort and enthusiasm made the day truly memorable.
Connecting With the Community
Throughout the event, attendees stopped by the Access Elevator booth to meet our team, learn more about what we do and enter our giveaway raffle for an awesome stuffed sloth.
We enjoyed speaking with so many wonderful people and sharing how Access Elevator helps improve accessibility through mobility and accessibility solutions. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit our booth and participate in the giveaway.
