At Access Elevator, Inc., we believe great service starts with great training.
Today, team members from every Access Elevator, Inc. branch location came together at our Roselle, Illinois office for a hands-on installation training focused on the new Bruno Elan 5000 Stair Lift. The training was led by our very own Lynn Ferguson, who shared his knowledge, installation techniques, and best practices to help ensure every technician is prepared to deliver the highest level of quality and safety to our customers.

Investing in Our Team
Training is more than learning a new product – it’s about building confidence, consistency, and excellence across every branch. By bringing technicians together from throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, we were able to collaborate, ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another.
Whether a customer lives near Roselle, Milwaukee, Neenah, La Crosse, Decatur, or any community we serve, they can have confidence knowing our technicians receive ongoing education on the latest accessibility solutions.

Hands-On Training with the Bruno Elan 5000
The focus of today’s session was the Bruno Elan 5000 Straight Stair Lift, Bruno’s newest generation of straight stair lift technology.
The Elan 5000 offers several exciting features designed to improve both the user experience and installation process, including:
- Smooth, quiet operation for a comfortable ride
- Compact rail design that helps preserve stairway space
- Folding seat, arms, and footrest to keep stairs accessible for others
- Battery-powered operation that continues working during most power outages
- Updated design and installation features for improved efficiency and reliability
- Industry-leading safety features that help provide confidence with every trip up and down the stairs

Hands-on product training allows our technicians to become familiar with every detail, ensuring installations are completed correctly, efficiently, and safely.
Safety Always Comes First
At Access Elevator, Inc., safety is at the heart of everything we do.
Regular training sessions like today’s help ensure our technicians stay current on new products, manufacturer recommendations, installation standards, and best practices. Continuous education allows us to provide reliable accessibility solutions while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Our commitment doesn’t end after an installation – it begins with investing in our people.
Working Together to Advance Independence
One of the best parts of today’s training was seeing team members from across our company working together. Bringing multiple locations together strengthens communication, builds teamwork, and creates opportunities to share knowledge that benefits every customer we serve.
A special thank you to Lynn Ferguson for leading today’s training and sharing his expertise, and thank you to every technician who participated and continues to make professional development a priority.
Together, we’re continuing our mission of Removing Barriers. Advancing Independence.
