A rainy start couldn’t dampen our team’s spirits! Last month, Access Elevator, Inc. attended Tile Shop’s Golf Tournament at St. Andrews Golf and Country Club in West Chicago, Illinois. Moises, Joey, Brandon and Keagan represented Access for a fun day of golf, teamwork and friendly competition.
The morning started with some rain, but it certainly didn’t rain on our parade. Our crew finished 14th out of 23 teams, shooting a 78 on the par-72 course. The long par-3 holes offered a particular challenge, giving everyone a chance to test their skills.
Beyond the scorecard, the tournament was a learning experience for everyone. Just like working in the field, our team got to see where each person’s strengths stood out and how they could build on those strengths together. Different players brought different skills to the course, and recognizing those abilities was part of the experience.
That same approach carries into our everyday work at Access. Whether we’re planning an accessibility solution, completing an installation or troubleshooting a service issue, teamwork means learning from one another and putting our individual strengths to work for our customers.
