Continued Training & Professional Development at Our Roselle, IL Location

Last week, our Roselle, Illinois team hosted an in-depth training focused on strengthening both installation expertise and product knowledge across Access Elevator, Inc. With team members from multiple branches participating, the week was a great opportunity to stay productive during the colder months while continuing to invest in the skills that directly impact the quality of service we provide our customers.

The training included Access BDD HomeGlide installation instruction, led in-office by Casey Guernsey on Wednesday, January 28. This full-day session allowed technicians to review best practices, refine installation techniques, and ask detailed, hands-on questions specific to real-world scenarios. Trainings like this help ensure consistency, safety, and precision in every HomeGlide stair lift installation we complete.

In addition, our Roselle location hosted Mackworth Sales and Installation Training on Thursday, January 29. This session focused on both the sales and technical aspects of Mackworth products and included special guest visitors who provided valuable insights and guidance. The training was designed to ensure our teams are confident not only in installing Mackworth equipment, but also in understanding product features, benefits, and ideal applications for customer needs.

Ongoing education and manufacturer-led training are a core part of our commitment to excellence.
